For the purpose of the relevant Personal Data Protection Laws, the data user is Sync Music Limited of Unit B, 7/F., One Capital Place, 18 Luard Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Our nominated representative for this purpose is Mr Jean Stanghellini, sole director of Sync Music Limited.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
You agree that we have the right to share your personal information with:
- any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries;

- If Sync Music Limited or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you will be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside Hong Kong. It will also be processed by staff operating in and outside Hong Kong who work for us or for one of our suppliers. This includes staff engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. Our clients have the right to make a complaint at any time to the relevant office for data protection issues. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with our concerns before you approach the relevant office; so please contact us using our contact details below in the first instance.
We believe in the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)’s high standards of protection. Although this policy tries to set out most of our clients’ rights under GDPR, we may not yet be able to respond within a short period of time to some of your requests as being GDPR compliant is a long-term process, and we are continuously working towards getting our systems compliant. It is also important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current; please keep us informed if personal data changes occur during our relationship.
As a Californian resident, you have the legal right to request that we “Do Not Sell or Share” your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act.
